Reservations
Deposits of £500 are always required to secure kittens. Without placing a deposit a kitten will not be held from other possible homes.
Deposits are non refundable, however would be refunded if kitten does not pass relevant health checks or/and we have found to you to not be a suitable home for one of our kittens during the time getting to know each other.
Waiting Lists
To join our waiting list you are required to complete an application form, and pay a £250 non refundable fee.
The waiting list fee gives you priority for our upcoming litters. You will be offered up to 3 kittens and have a space secured on the waiting list for up to one year.
Reservations
If you are on the waiting list, once you are offered and chosen your kitten, you will be required to pay an additional £250 towards your kitten reservation to make up your £500 deposit. Kittens are offered between 3-5 weeks of age.
If any kittens are still available after the waiting list families have chosen, the kittens are advertised to the public. You will be required to complete an application form, and if accepted, pay a £500 non refundable deposit to secure your kitten.
All deposits are deducted from the collection price.
After payment
After you have paid any fees, even if this is for a waiting list or for a specific kitten, you will have received a email receipt which also includes information about your kitten, relevant accounts you need to make and our address.
Kitten updates are scheduled as a given weekly, but we try our best to send updates more regularly, even if this is during regular care times, but please note a lot of our time goes into the care of the animals so taking photos comes second to the care. However, we will try to send as many as we physically can so you feel involved in the growth of your addition.
Vet visits and Illness
You will be kept updated on health checks, vaccinations and spay/neuter appointments, this includes dates/times as well as how it has gone, full transparency always. Not only would you know how the appointment has gone health wise but also how they’ve handled the appointment mentally and physically, this way you know exactly everything, like you came to the appointment!
If your kitten was found to be struggling with illness or injury during any point, you would be kept up to date. If the illness or injury will affect the quality of life of the kitten or its immunity you would get the option of refund of your deposit or the option to move your deposit onto another available kitten. Full transparency will always be given as well as sharing of any relevant vet records. If you decided to still go ahead with the kitten, only if safe to do so, you would be discounted.
